Burger King

It is your typical Burger King with the food being on par with any other Burger King. Service lacks etiquette and employees could be retrained on being more polite with their customers. The drive thru window could also use a cleaning around it. Overall, if your hungry and need something reasonably fast this place will do.

The food is sometimes ok, most of the time it’s all sloppy and not put together. The last time I came to this location I waited in line for over 20 minutes when it was 1 car ahead of me. I ordered and the guy was rude. I then get to the window and see all the guys working messing around and one was eating, he took a bite then started serving food while he had food in his mouth. I ordered a salad with crispy chicken and it didn’t come with a fork or the chicken. This place NEEDS some serious help with better management!

Between waiting in the drive-through and then going inside thinking it would be quicker took me 27 minutes to get my food, with the 15 minutes I spent inside waiting I saw people playing with their phones eating fries and nuggets and all sorts of food, not to mention this is the first fully staffed fast food place I’ve seen in ages, at least seven staff members all moving as if you paid them to work as slow as possible , the manager was the only decent hardworking staff me ever . Younger girl, she could have almost run the entire store faster than the other 6 staff members together.

I was very happy today with the professional and fast drive through service! Evelyn was able to answer all my questions and she was fast to add the napkins and ketchup as I requested. I would recommend Evelyn to any employer, as her customer attention is on point! As I am driving a wrangler (slow) and have limited time for lunch and her help was with great speed ! There were only four cars in the drive thru and we ordered one meal and a chicken sandwich but the line took forever. When we finally got to the window, we were told to pull over to the front because they still needed to broil the impossible burger patty and it would take a while. No big deal. We pulled around and waited. And waited. And waited. By the time our food came out, the burger was still cold, the fries were room temperature and the chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever had in my life. Not only was it cold, but it was like biting into a rubber chicken. The pickles were white for some reason and there was a ridiculous amount of sauce on both sides of the bun (maybe to compensate for the dry dog chew texture of the chicken). The only reason I’m giving two stars is because 2/3 of the people we interacted with were polite. If I wasn’t so tight on time I would have gone inside and asked for a refund.
