Mcdonald's

Came through the drive thru, and ordered 2 fish sandwiches with extra tartar. My total was 10.58, which is crazy for 2 tiny sandwiches... got home and my sandwiches do NOT have extra tartar (which I paid for), and the fish is rock hard and cold! This location was once great, but I'll never return! Second time in a row my food was old!

Lowering down to 1 star. Rude little girl working the drive through, shake machine is always down, when I pointed that out and asked when she thought they'd be back up, she snarkily responded with "They were up yesterday". Thanks for nothing. Shake machines always down. Food is always cold and stale, employees are always rude. Grossly over priced. Only reason I go is for my daughters. Never again. State st. Will get my business going forward. -------- All the prices went up again. Even trying to buy cheep you can't seem to escape the place without spending at least $20, getting actual meals, such as a 1 and a 2 and 2 happy meals one for each child is nearly $40. You can spend less on high quality meat for an entire party if you have time to grill with that amount. Food is always thrown together and sloppy which makes it hard to eat, and I cant remember the last time they actually got our full order correct. Only plus for this particular location is that their lanes are fast, but that's probably why they mess up your order.

Quarter pounder was pink on one side and my French fries were undercooked and raw. when I called and explained to a manager Shelly or Shelby, she sounded very uninterested and she is the reason for the one star. Mistakes happen but inorder to fix them you have to realize there is a problem. poor quality control. It's a shame I have to take my business else where
