Mcdonald's

Usually a decent location, always busy. Today we were asked to pull forward and was forgotten. Went inside after 20 minutes to inquire on order, our food was just sitting there on the counter. They had to remake everything because the runner disappeared...nobody else noticed our food just sitting on the counter in bags getting cold as we sat outside waiting and waiting?? Manager was quick to place all blame on the disappearing runner. So by the time we left this "fast food" restaurant, we waited 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. We could've went to a sit down, ordered and had our food in less time. Highly irritated and disappointed.

To be honest it's extremely rare that I visit McDonald's anyway because I often times didn't get the freshest food (old oil with fries and not fresh made fries) I mean at different locations. And well their app is easy to use but have to go through hoops to get the "deals" while their competitor (BK) is lower cost high quality foods non app needed for good hot fresh foods. However I have to say this particular McDonald's the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating food was fresh included fries 🍟 was clean inside. Was a grand visit.

They always ask me to pull into a spot to wait for my food when I go through their drive-thru. And they always get my order wrong....usually missing sauce. I have to go back in.....I went through the drive-thru for a reason. I wven ask them if everything is in the bags. By the time they wait on me inside the reataurant; our fries have gotten cold.

Called the mcdonald’s 20 min before coming and asked if ice cream machine was working and they said yes. When we ordered ice cream they said the machine was down. we asked to talk to a manager and she claims we called the wrong mcdonald’s because she “never answered the phone”. We showed her the call log and she shut the window.

They always have a long drive thru but they always knock it always and always get the orders correct! I really love this McDonald’s! They are really understanding even if a mistake does happen they are not rude about it. They make frappes so good! I love the energy I get from the employees! I always make the extra drive to this location!
