Cottage Inn Pizza

Ordered from them through DoorDash on a recommendation from my friend I was visiting because he said it was good pizza. I am originally from NJ and this looked like it was frozen pizza heated up in a microwave! Very little sauce, thick layer of greasy cheese. This is not gourmet pizza like it says on the box. 100% disappointing

Today was the first and last time we will be ordering from cottage inn. We ordered our pizza online at 11:23 am. Come 1 pm called and asked if it was going to show up soon. She said yes the driver left 5 minutes ago, I said that’s fine , I can deal with the time, but is the pizza fresh or has it been sitting since I ordered. She guaranteed me that it was made recently. Well, it WAS NOT! It was cold and hard, and the cream cheese was warmer then the pizza and that was supposed to be cold. When I called the girl was not kind to start, but then said if I’d come get it they’d remake , needless to say when I finally picked it up , they were rude, no apology , nothing… and the pizza was horrible. A frozen pizza would have been more appetizing. $35 thrown down the drain!

Pizza was not fully cooked, called and complained and was told I could come back and pick up a replacement pizza. When I got there this pizza was just as doughy. Manager was rude and at this point I just wanted a refund as I didn’t really have faith this pizza would be any better. They would not give a refund despite bringing back the original pizza and them seeing that the second pizza was just as terrible. Frozen pizza would be a better meal. Do yourself a favor and get pizza elsewhere.

Very very poor service. Ordered online thankfully. Went in to get my pizza and was greeted by a lady. Upon stating I had a pickup order, she stated “ya he’s working on it!” Not a big deal so I waited inside. She greeted another customer the same way. The phone began ringing to which she yelled “Don’t answer that! That b!tch can ring!” Four other phone calls came through that went unanswered before I left to wait in my car. Clearly not the friendliest staff. They are also in there eating at the same time they are making food. Don’t recommend here for mediocre pizza.
