Ordered $50+ worth of food via the website for pick up 11/18/20.
It was implied on the menu that celery and/or carrots came with the meal, as do the dipping sauces.
There are 2 different areas to address whether or not you want dipping sauces and what they had available.
No where on this online menu did I see anything asking if you wanted celery. (looked 3 times)
Since such an area wasn't to be seen, and the sauce options were, I ASSumed it was included.
It wasn't.
I called and asked if celery came with the food.
Yes, it does.
Well, where's mine?

The website says nothing about asking for it.
Oh, well you have to ask for it.
AND HOW WOULD ANYONE KNOW THAT???
Clearly this conversation was going no where, so I hung up.
And the ranch containers opened and emptied inside of the carry out bag, soaking through the bottom of one of the boxes of wings. To my knowledge, we did not roll our car on the way home.
Very dissatisfied, won't be going back.

So over the course of the past year and tonight, we’ve ordered from BBW and have been extremely dissatisfied. So at this point we can’t give this place business any longer. We’ve ordered takeout from here four times and every single time they’ve forgotten at least two things on our order. Once they forgot a set of wings, another time forgot Sauces. Additionally, every time we’ve ordered takeout, something had been wrong with what they’ve ordered. So I 10/10 recommend that if you are considering ordering takeout from this Buffalo Wild Wings, that you don’t, because most likely you will come back with an incorrect end unsatisfactory order.

Went there just over a month ago for takeout. I spent $30 and they have me half of the wrong order. When I called and talked to the manager, Nick, he said he could give me basically a gift card worth $30 via mail. I never received it and even gave him a few weeks since mail has been running slow. I then called and asked for him specifically -- he said he sent it out. I have not seen anything since. But I will always remember his name...

I normally have a decent time with this location, however during the pick up of our take out order the staff threw our bags at us and avoided our questions about our drinks we ordered. After waiting 10 mins in the lobby we got frustrated and left. After coming home and realizing drinks are $3 each I called the location and they put me on hold for over twenty mins and hung up on me. Not once but twice. I’m very dissatisfied. At least give me a refund for the drinks they didn’t give us. I understand you’re busy, but this is not how to treat customers. Poor customer service.

Good food, but beer selection was very poor. They were even out of their featured beer of the month. Took me 3 tries to get one they had. I do understand this is likely a COVID issue, but you could at least update the online menu they make you use to reflect real-time availability.

Ordered delivery from this store. Should have received 20 traditional wings and 30 boneless wings along with 2 large fries. I had 6 people to feed. Got my food and had 30 traditional and 2 fries. And I still had 6 hungry people. Manager Alyssa not helpful. Would not refund my order( I wanted a full refund for the inconvenience ). Wanted me to go pick up what I was missing. I ordered delivery for a reason. She then said if I wanted my food that bad I should just put another order in. HaHa. I already spent $75 and didn’t get all my food so I’m going to pay for more food, more delivery fees, another tip, and chance I don’t get all my food again. Don’t think so. So non of us had a full meal for dinner, guests left hungry, and one of my kids didn’t eat because she won’t eat chicken on the bone. Thanks for horrible experience. I will not give you my business anymore.
