Mcdonald's

I have been here since I was a kid, and though I miss the play place (even though it was probably hell to maintain) it still pushes out banger chicken nuggets and fries. The food comes out quick, I eat, I'm nice and satisfied. I always recommend getting the app, because it gives amazing deals once you use it enough. Sometimes its not as clean as can be, but honestly I never see many folks out at the front desk unless someone isn't gonna use the order kiosk. Either way. The food is good, I love coming here, and the staff are not usually talkative ti customers, but still provide customer service to a T.

Staff was more interested in gossiping then helping the customers. The manager, who was off duty, walked in with a 3 year old child and walked right into the kitchen. The child was standing in an area that she could easily be harmed and no one paid the child any attention because she was with the manager. Very unprofessional.

Stay away from this place. They are completely slow and incompetent. I went in and ordered at the register and guy completely messed up my order. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal medium with drink. I ended up leaving with 1 cheeseburger, a small fry, and a large drink. I guess the register guy ordered me what he thought I should be eating. The kicker was I ordered no pickles and guy at register asked, “no pickles?” I replied “yes” still ended up with pickles on burger. If you want to be there for 30 minutes and order for them to get your order wrong this is your place. No one in that establishment deserves $15 an hour period. They whole place is terrible, stay away. You’ve been warned.

This McDonald’s is the worst I have ever been to. Besides the incompetence and neglect of work ethics amongst the workers, they constantly get the order wrong. No one there cares about their services and most appear to be under the influence, more so, I believe the women in the morning are the only ones caring about the drive thru orders. I shouldn’t have to worry about my order being wrong, and then get looked at like I’m wrong for doing so. They need to either be fired or drug tested. This would help them become more coherent when assistant customers. Again. I truely recommend those who are reading this to avoid this McDonald’s, Garfield nj is better, route 17 is better. It’s sad that the nearest makes me want to take a road trip.
