Dairy queen as as an ice cream brand deserves five stars but the saddle Brook location is always amazing. They maintain this location to be fabulous (they were even washing their windows while we visited today). There is always tons of people working making all kinds of fresh cakes and read to help you with whatever ice cream delight you're looking for. Their ice cream cakes don't compare to anywhere else and they will always kindly personalize it for you. If you're in the area, make sure to stop in for a quick treat for now or later!

Great place! The ice cream is always on par. It’s so great that they are enforcing mask policies while you spend your time in the store. It’s a tight space. They even offer you a free mask if you don’t have one! I wish more stores would do stuff like this to help prevent the spread of covid. The workers work so fast and so hard you are in and out in a blink of an eye. I have seen other customers giving these young high school/college aged kids a hard time about the masks! What a shame when they are just trying to do their part.

We have been going here for years with my family we love it. Its a cute little place but they have seating outside. About 4 tables with umbrellas and benches to enjoy your ice cream.

Oreo milkshake was not up to par. The milkshake tasted like it was watered down. Not a good experience afterwards.

Employees have a bad attitude and they’re forcing mask policies even tho it is not a requirement anymore it’s a personal choice. Your not going to tell me what to wear on my face!! I don’t have to ever spend a dollar with you again. Bye bye!

The size of their kids cup is a condiment container, it’s not even in a DQ branded cup it’s a dressing cup— . So that’s the first problem. I have to order a small for my kid to get more than a bite of ice cream. Yesterday i ordered a small with rainbow sprinkles. Medium blizzard off their menu. Large with 2 toppings. Price was $17 something. She didn’t say their was a fee to use the card, maybe it was posted. I think it’s nice to verbalize it bc i may have fished out cash. Either way these ice cream total $13 at the other DQ …. Also another cheapo move besides not having a kiddie cup is… they put a drink top with a straw on the large blizzard and make sure it doesn’t go over the top but the medium size gets extra ice cream and this nice high clear top like all the blizzards get bc the ice cream goes up when they blend it. I just feel like they are too cheap for the prices they make up when they ring you up
