Despite the stuffy building and lack of proper AC, it's hands down the best Mexican food in SoSac, if not the county. And their red sauce is to top notch; can't think of any other sauce that simultaneously spicy and flavorful. Strong recommendation, but bring cash.
The restaurant is located behind the Chevron gas station in a very rundown shack. Don't be discouraged if there seemed to be no one in the restaurant. I went into an empty restaurant, but 10+ people started to arrive after I ordered my food. It seemed I was the only person who didn't speak Spanish o

If you look at the front of this place and think "this looks like a great place to get excellent Mexican food at a good price" then you'd be correct. It's mostly street fare - tacos, burritos, gorditas, and apparently excellent tamales (according to my wife) - that you'd expect to find in a roadsid
This place is fire! The food is fire! If it doesn't have a/c and looks secretive like this, the food is good! There's not a lot of seating so taking it to go is good. Also a great place to take your date!
Cavaza tacos are why I hit up this place.
The place is not much to look at but the neighborhood seems to love it . Tomales are good chicken & green chilli.

It's the best tamales and the warm family friendly FEELINGS you get while waiting. Once the the ladies in the kitchen remembers seeing you often . The warm welcome back service is great, I truly have enjoyed they food without a doubt.
Great tacos and prices! My favorite are Carne asada and the carnitas
