We ordered a chicken nacho with drink. Price seems higher with the additional cost for grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken.
Food tasted fine. The lobby was nicely decorated and clean.
Prompt & Good service. Good food compared to the last el pollo loco I went to, the Birria was very salty. Luckily this location’s Birria tasted perfect!

I love this Pollo Loco. The service is always good and the food is great. If you order a two or three-piece combo, I suggest one of your sides should be the Loco side salad. I add a little chicken, salsa and their delicious cilantro dressing and it is wonderful. Order ahead for a special meal at hom
There was no atmosphere. They didn't have enough employees, so they closed the lobby. Like so many other fast foods tripling in price while keeping labor less than half. It lines the pockets of bankers.

Didn't care for the beef tacos. Think I'll stick to the chicken. Just my opinion,yours may differ. :-) use the coupons they send out to save $$$.

Excellent service. Great taste. Amazing portions. I had the under 500 cal black bean and chicken rice bowl (with shrimp instead of chicken for $1 extra). It was enough to satisfy, but not too much to make me feel overly stuffed. Ive been to 3 locations, this one being the best.
