Don Quixote's

I really liked this place!! The tacos were great but the pozole really hit the spot on a rare, drizzly Sunday in early November ! The service was great, I kept asking questions while my food was being prepared and the gal behind the counter had all my answers. The drink and chip free refill option was pretty delicious. I really liked the roasted salsa and horchata. I believe the meal was less than $15 which blew me away. I can’t wait to make this place a pit stop when in. Sacramento!

I would give the staff here 10 stars if I could. My dad took me here for my birthday today and it was fantastic! Sol was such a delight and takes care of my dad all the time! They know his order and greeted him and our party of 12 warmly as if they knew us all. Jeffery in the kitchen made my order to perfection. Thank you to all of them who made my birthday in Sacramento lovely.

Chipotle style. It better. Great food, prices were a little high, but a fantastic salsa bar, and a very pleasant indoor and outdoor seating. The only negatives were with staffing-the person preparing my bowl either didn’t understand me, wasn’t listening or didn’t care. Several times I had to repeat myself and there just seemed to be no thank you for doing business type attitude. Also, all but one of the tables were dirty with dishes left on them when we came in and got our food. I would recommend that they put a self serve trashcan to help with this and implement a common “Thank you” for doing business with us.
