It is an older Starbucks located in the same parking lot as the court house. I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location. The app allows you to find one that does. The staff here saved my day. They made my drink perfectly. Thank you so much!!🙏🏽🫶🏼
Ordered my coffee and was standing there talking to my friend while waiting. They never called my name. They just let it sit there on the counter with all the other coffees. I was so irritated. I kept noticing people who came in after me get their items and walk out. Not good customer service. Maybe they don't call out your name anymore... I'm not a fan of that change. But at least now I know.
It's a good Starbucks. great spot to chill out after the courts take your kids and humiliate and vilify people you care about because they're sick.
The morning baristas are always friendly and so fast! The little note they put on my cup made my morning😊

This shop is busy in the morning, but the staff is diligent and friendly. The customer before me ordered well over $200, so it took 5 minutes to get my coffee. The teamwork that the store exhibited while fulfilling all the orders was great. Kudos to the manager for running such a high-volume store so efficiently.
Since the Philidelphia incident, I haven't been as frequent as a customer like I use to but I HAVE been getting my orders a lot faster than usual! I don't like standing in line, so I order on the app on my phone! Mobile pick-ups are much faster than standing in long lines! I DID have good time when the one on Folsom Blvd helped out with Cricket's Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, September 8th!
Drinks were on point! Although the flavor was nice the sandwich was lack luster being that I had mostly bread which can be seen in the pictures.
White chocolate mocha, hot with whip cream is the only coffee to get. Love it. My wife loves the iced version. Always friendly staff and fast service.
I was a little confused at first where is everything and the cashier was new so it took very long to assemble my order.

Nice quiet place when you need to have a study or small hangout. Coffee was good like most Starbucks. Overall, nice experience.
I go to this Starbucks often and I love the customer service Angel gives me. Everytime I or other costumers comes in she greets us so kindly. Last Tuesday and Wednesday night she brought a whole comedy show with her and made my night. Life as a full time student has me stressing over my fast paced-summer classes but after having a conversation with her about college, I didn’t feel alone. Come to this Starbucks! Love their service!
