I love this place so much! I would only add an eggnog milkshake, and maybe red onions to the sandwich options. And horseradish either by itself or in one of the sauces.... and Brian back the multi grain bagel option for breakfast. It is so much better than English muffins that scratch the roof of the mouth while eating (they all do that no matter what you try or where you buy them, it's their nature). Or maybe croissant option?
I had the new grilled western chicken and it was the bomb. Such friendly staff and owners. I recommend that you try Chick-Fil-A if you never have been.
Apart from the fact that it truly seemed it was "Her Pleasure" to serve us, Angie Mason went above and beyond when she explained the new items on the menu. When I mentioned that I expected a larger portion and that the meal was less than stellar, she gifted me with another entree that surpassed the one I bought. She was very personable and made eating at Chick-fil-A a completely unique experience. Thanks for managers like Angie Mason.
I love going to this Chick-fil-A location. I am always greeted with a friendly & inviting hello, & the staff is superb. I love the environment every time I'm here, & even though I'm very picky my food is always cooked quickly. If my picky food is ever wrong (hardly ever) the staff is very quick to fix my order correctly. Thank you for putting up with my pickiness. Hehe. My family loves coming to the family events for dinner & I even stop in for breakfast in the mornings on occasion. We are so blessed to have such wonderful owners & staff that are so faithful & giving. Thank you so much for all that you have done & continue to do! May your lives & store be truly blessed. We went to this location for it’s one year bday party. There was an issue with our order not getting to us. When I inquired about it, the staff was amazingly apologetic and fixed the issue right away! The crew here is fantastic and treats you well, even during smooth transactions! We had great food, superb service, and a fun time with all the activities! This place rocks

I have been to this location 15+ times and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The turnaround is exceptional. A number of times the food is ready before I can get the cream in my coffee and get my napkins. The food is always hot. The owners have been there many times welcoming the guests as they come through the door. I look forward to my next visit.
I absolutely LOVE Chik Fil A! This location is my "home" location. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure each customer is made to feel important. They are very professional and polite. The service is excellent. The food is magnificent.

I love this place. It is newer so it has a modern look to it, but with the same quality hot chicken sandeiches thry are known for. location is awsome ( across from the Ford dealership). Makes it a great spot to wait for an oil change.

I’m pleased to give a five star rating to this location. I get that they likely are required to say their signature phrase, “My pleasure.”, but just about every time I’ve dined here, I’ve felt the sincerity. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Thomas who works at the Madison location. I have only received EXCELLENT customer service from him. He is calm, always friendly, and efficient. If there’s any delay (that rarely happens, though) I have seen him check on my order for me. As an older person, that means everything to me. Thank you, Mr. Thomas!

This chick-fil-a location truly deserves a 5/5 in every single category. Never mind about the food (yes, food is always fresh and served hot), the young staff here are amazing group of people. I witness an elderly man walking into the restaurant. He is probably in his mid to late 80s. All the staff said hi and greeted him. Not sure if he is actually a customer. However, It is very rare to see businesses have good ethics and show great respect to the elderly these days.
I will be back here again and again. I can't wait for the Arden location to reopen as well.
This restaurant is fairly new but I have had nothing but good experiences so far. They have gotten my order right every time I order for pick up in the restaurant. The restaurant appears to be very busy and very clean inside and out. It is also very closely located to the freeway which is very convenient. I will continue to eat here when my wife allows me.
Always clean, always good customer service, always long lines but move thru faster than expected. Food is always delicious. It's a bit more expensive than other places but you get quality every time. I know some will not patronize for political reasons (including me for a while) but if I am being completely honest, you can't get a better spicy chicken sandwich or better service anywhere else.

Despite how busy it was the line for dine in moved quick and the food came out quick. Service would of been 5 star but they limited me on my dressing packet for my salad.
My rating is solely based on service I come to get food for my kid...Chick-fil-A is a New concept in Sacramento all I can say is the service great and the line is always long so it must be good... People in the south and East Coast probably think we're bunch of hippies 😏
I just don't think you can ever go wrong with chic fil a. Consistently great service and consistently great food. I normally get a number 3 but this time I went for the spicy chicken sandwich. My cheese was slightly off kilter but I won't complain lol. Lemonade was set and ice cold!
Since the Alta Arden is closed for renovation this has been our closest one, it doesn’t matter how long the line is they get the work done! You’ll be out of there quick in no time! (good job guys! High five🤚) my daughter loves this Chick-fil-A so daddy has to do the driving 😅😉

I just love this place. Good food, good customer service, and fresh flowers on the table always make you feel like you are at home. Also, like that room in the end that you see on the video, it can be a perfect private room for the party or event 🥰
For fast food, the chicken sandwiches are very good. I have been to a couple different locations and they all are good. I would recommend chock Fila over other major Chains like Mcdonalds etc

Today I tried the Chicken mini sandwich’s with a Kale Crunch salad 🥗 both were very delicious but the chicken mini sandwich was really really mini thankfully I wasn’t that hungry 😋
I went to the Chick-fil-A on Madison avenue Sacramento California. The drive thru line at 5p.m. was wrapped around the restaurant and wrapped around again for the drive thru! Much quicker to go in and order at that time of day. It was Wednesday. I ordered them waited for less than 10 minutes! They were very busy. Clean restaurant. Plenty of room to sit inside. Fast friendly service. Delicious Chicken sandwich! Excellent! For two sandwiches and a large iced tea it cost $15.61. Their food will not disappoint you! Excellent
Went to the Chick-fil-A in Madison Avenue in Sacramento tonight to eat. The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A or anywhere else, and the best waffle fries I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A . And as always at this location, great service as well. This place was unbelievably busy. The drive-through line went right out of the parking lot into the street. Still, I got my food within about 5 to 8 minutes. And it was perfect. I let one of the managers know when I went up and ordered a shake for dessert.
