I cannot believe this, but I think I like hotpot more than kbbq? The flavor and cuts of meat here were next level, I could not stop getting more. The price was very reasonable, about $35-40 per person, just make sure you chow down to get your moneys worth.

Very good broth but no seasoning to add but garlic and scallions. Kobe beef and Angus ribeye included in all you can eat for 38$... that's a no brainer.. overall a good experience..
My friends ordered for me and the spicy broth was really good and had a good level of spice. Wasn’t enough to make you have to pause for a minute because its too spicy, so I enjoyed it! I wish it came with a wider variety of veggies but overall it was amazing. Only 3 plates that were double stacked

One of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento. The meat, veggies, and noodles are high quality, and the spicy tonkotsu broth is delicious. It’s a small space so it’s best to get a reservation, but they are always very accommodating. Service is really attentive too. Haven’t had a bad experience so far
Heat Shabu IS my favorite Shabu restaurant in Sacramento to the point where I go there at least once or twice a month with my husband or friends. Even during the summer I'll go here. One of the servers knows me and almost has our order down pat. No other shabu place compares.

Absolutely delicious! You will receive huge amount of food for any of the meat selections you choose. We had the lamb, pork, beef and seafood and easily had leftovers. This was my first time doing hot pot and it was a great experience. Good food, selection and service. I liked the experience better than Korean bbq since you don't get all smoky in the process.

We came by Saturday night at around 6pm and found out there was a 3-hrs wait time. So we made a reservation on Sunday night. There was all you can eat option but we were full so ordered a course. Service is excellent and food is fine.
Delicious & filling - each pot comes with 2 soups, veggies, noodles, rice, & green tea ice cream. Wonderful service by Trevor! Group of 9 of us split 3 pots. Ordered a couple of meats, couple of appetizers, extra veggies & noodles. Came away very full for only $22 each (including tax & tip.)
