If you love chocolate and if you love Chai this place has the best Chocolate Chai Frost! They are super friendly even when it is very busy they provide excellent service. The outdoor seating area is very nice in the later part of the day when it is less busy. Excited to see what the Rocklin/Roseville location will be like!

The stuff was nice, kind and helpful so thank you for the good service. The food was yummy, got a loaded avo toast, it came on a tortilla. They had two options, tomato base or mediterranean we chose the second option. Had a good amount of flavor. The drinks are unique and done well, wasn’t a huge fan of the honey tea latte, didn’t taste much of tea felt like drinking a warm flavored honey milk, similar to London fog. I wouldn’t order that again. I love tea and it’s flavor. The frozen drinks were delicious we tried the peach and strawberry mojito. Drink fast or they separate and get a watery. In overall good experience and we will return and probably enjoy the patio next time.

Came here to do work and study, atmosphere was great for just that. I ordered the Mango Madness Freeze, it was very thick and was blended with a green tea sorbet and mangoes, the flavor was unique and delicious. The wrap was solid! It didn’t fall apart while eating and the pork was very flavorful. The dressing was served was a dipping sauce on the side and I do wish it had been incorporated in the wrap itself, but overall the flavor combinations made for a great lunch.

Usually stop by here every so often to grab a wrap or a salad. Staff is friendly, food comes out fairly quick, and always taste fresh. 2nd review: came out here again and realized how pricey it actually is. Food always taste good, staff is beyond friendly but paying $20-25 a person for food, coffee + tip is a bit pricey.

T bar 👍 Great place. Excellent interior and outdoor seating. No that expensive, it’s Affordable with variety drinks options. Prominent location. I liked “Mastic Mandarin sparkle”- which is green tea with mandarin orange and mango twist. They serve only regular boba. I will definitely visit again for try other drinks

Location is good and the variety of drinks in different forms is unique. Spend a few hours here the other day after lunch down the block and it was quite nice. The weather was good and the seating plentiful inside and especially out. Love the variety of the drinks. Tried and enjoyed the Lemon Drop. Will be back.
