Taco Bell

I tried coming to this taco bell twice the past two days. Today I had extra time to wait in line. The line was looped around the building at 6pm on a Monday. 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. One red flag was the guy wearing his gloves which seemed like they have been worn for a long time and were gross. Then I got my bag of food and it was raggedy and greasy. I got my food out and it was all cold and soggy! To make things worse, I called to complain about the quality of the food and the lady hung up the phone on me and disconnected the line. Not coming back here!

Terrible service and rude staff. We have some food restrictions due to my husband being diabetic and we went to order our lunch. My husband requested a 5 layer beefy burrito in a bowl without the tortilla and he was immediately cut off by the person taking our order and rudely said we can't do that repeatedly. Won't be going back.

“The system is down” I’ve attempted to order at this location probably 5-6 times over the past few months. I’ve only successfully done so once. With alarming regularity at about 7:30 pm their system is down and they will not take orders. You can usually tell ahead of time because there are no cars in line at the drive thru and if you do pull up to the store you will likely see a group of employees out back smoking. It baffles me that their ordering system can go down so frequently and grind business to a halt and the restaurant still keep its doors open.
