The parking lot and surrounding area smells terrible, forget about sitting in your car and eating here and the breeze coming in the windows while waiting in the drive thru makes you completely forget you're hungry. Short staffed so you have to go to the drive thru for service and The person at the speaker was less than friendly. The fries were fresh out of the oil and my burger was good

Please stop giving Wendy's money. As a fast food place, it's my favorite. After eating there this week, I won't be anymore. It was around 2pm on a weekday, and the drive-through was a traffic jam. They were moving about one car in fifteen minutes. If I hadn't already paid for my online order, I would have gone somewhere else.
I went inside to pick-up my food, and the place was a disaster. The employees were running around like headless chickens, and ordering inside the restaurant had been reduced to "kiosk only." I was there over an hour.
As someone who has ever had a job before, this means the following:
Wendy's doesn't pay enough to keep good employees, so those who remain are overworked AND underpaid.
Wendy's doesn't support their location managers. When I've worked in food before, if there was a strangely-timed, mad rush at one location, the manager would be on the phone with other places, asking them to send help, which they usually would.
As long as you keep giving Wendy's money for the service they're providing, they'll keep doing things this way.
Vote with your wallet. I've only ever seen this kind of thing at nationwide/global chain fast food eateries. I don't see it at Portland Pie; I don't see it at Elevation Burger; I don't see it at Holey Donut.

I went back to Wendy's today for one last try and had an "OH Yeah" moment as to why I haven't been there in a couple years. Cold, flabby fries. Half full. Ordered a Dave's triple, got a cold double. My daughter said the chicken sandwich was OK. No straw, no napkins, no receipt. Loved Wendy's as a kid. Never again. For real this time. There is to much competition out there to operate like this. I always have high hopes for this location, and it never turns out that way. Food is always cold, even during my last visit. Everything was thrown in the bag. Up side down. Our fries and nuggets weren't even in the little container they were in the bottom of the bag. Location could be better.

Great place for a fast bite to eat or fast service period. Didn't require wearing a mask or any COVID-19 safety practices when I visited. I got fast friendly service and was able to eat in their dining area. Best fast food in the area as far as I'm concerned.

Stopped in tonight. Horrible service! Got half my order wrong and forgot the other half all together. It can't even be called fast food anymore. Cold, 40 minute wait. Every employee working at this location should be fired. Won't go again. All this and every one of them texting and playing on their phones. If that's the work ethic in millennials we are screwed

First look… man working there looks like he just got out of prison! No hair nets worn. No person at counter in lobby! Must use a kiosk!
Ordered a junior burger that came looking like someone threw it against the wall and it was COLD! Returned it for a warm one but was sort of thrown to me begrudgingly! Never going back!

Got a double stack and medium fry yesterday. Fries were old and barely warm. Burger was dry and just warm, old. I'll never go there again.
