This restaurant specializes in Mediterranean food. It offers bowls and pita sandwiches. Ordering is done at the counter, but it is inconsistent if you don't know what you want. The spicy chicken was too spicy for my sixth grader. Portion sizes are moderate. The deep fried pita chips are very good.

I LOVE this location!!! the staff in the after noon are amazing Gabby, Aftab, and Alba always make it a pleasure to be there. Being that i travel about 30 mins just to come to this location they know my order and are always in good spirits. I go about 2-3 times a week or at least order 2x’s a week. It’s my favorite spot and i appreciate the kindness each and every time i go.

I went to your restaurant , it was a pleasure to see how attentive and nice the manager and team was I ask for the general manager and a very well mannered young lady came to me , happy smiles and was very eager to hear my my complaint was but it was just a compliment I think her name was abah young spaniel lady very pleasant thanks

I’m sad I have not tried Cava sooner! I think it’s absolutely delicious and filling! Omg the cucumber mint lime drink is so good!

All their dishes were fantastic. The meatballs and black lentils are my favorite. Tahini dressing pull the bowl over the top.

I LOVE THIS STORE. I’ve been to the Greenwich location and the people just are not the same. Luigi and his crew are always so friendly and amazing. The store is always so clean and the food is always ON POINT.
Its always a HIT at the Rye ridge Cava!!!!
I love coming here and will always come here if it’s in rotation!

I order from CAVA regularly, usually delivery. Not only are the meals really tasty, they’re also healthy and filling. I almost always get either a salad or greens and grains bowl with braised lamb, because the braised lamb is halal. The staff has also always been friendly whenever I’ve been inside the restaurant.

First time today and the staff was extremely helpful. Delicious and healthy food is usually expensive. This bowl was banging and cost about the same as a meal from a burger joint.

What a yummy symphony of Mediterranean flavors, think Chipotle style (in general) but Mediterranean with easily six times the amount of choices to assemble your bowl, and many more multiples of freshness and flavor... The house made tomato harissa soup was fabulous... got to hand it to my Indian colleagues to show me where to eat in Westchester county 😁 I'll need at least a dozen more visits before I settle into some favorites bowl combinations... Looking forward to it.

Cava is an awesome grab and go spot for delicious bowls, but you can dine in too! They have a wide menu of toppings and their menu is specifically coded for all sorts of food allergies, so you can select food items based on your dietary preferences too!

Stopped by on a whim for a healthy meal after a workout. I needed something to fill me up for work so I can stay full. I was impressed to say the least. As a first timer I was a little intimidated because everything is so fast paced but I was able to figure it out and put together a combo that was delicious and flavorful. I thought I wouldn’t like it because when I think of mediterranean food I just think of hummus but I was pleasantly surprised — there is wide variety and I was definitely a fan!

Great service and good portions at a good price. Since it was our first time we were given samples of the proteins and sauces, as well as two free drinks. Will be coming back soon!
