Loved their pasta and waffles. Service was a little slow, guess more because the place was really crowded when we visited. But in general loved the vibe and will definitely be back.

Ok, so editing this to express my surprise and appreciation of Jessica, who, after only serving me once, remembered my preference to the T!! Great thin crust pizza. It's the pizza sauce that makes it. A bit pricey but worth it. The friendly staff makes it comfortable, especially when Chrissie is at the bar.
Also, they have a decent sound system.

I have recently re-discovered Fortina again. I am so impressed with the food!!! The wood fired Shrimp and Wings are priced right and outstanding. The pasta dishes and pizza are second to none!! The staff is the best it's ever been. I can't wait to go back.

a very nice place with excellent staff. I took Hineken and pizza. Rested. And went on to work

Great place for a big lunch/dinner party!
My favorite dishes are grilled vegetable platter, bib salad with chicken, any pizza and the meatballs.

I really enjoyed coming here. First time, but it won't be the last. Bartender Jessica was absolutely fantastic! The tenderoni pizza was delicious 😋. Looking forward to more visits.

Our server Jessica was amazing. She was very attentive to our 89 y/o parents and she provided us with a wonderful experience which all of us thoroughly appreciated. Great place for casual afternoon dining.

We have been here 4 times now. The first visit was pizza and drinks which were great. The 2nd visit they had to comp our entire meal for 10 because it took over an hour to get our entrees. Other groups came in after us, got their meal and left. The server and manager came and said our meal would be out soon-and it still took 30 minutes more. But the food was very good. The 3rd visit, our pizza, the only item we ordered took 45 minutes in a half empty restaurant. We had to get it boxed to go or we would have been late to a concert. Last night, the food was poor. The Caesar was iceberg instead of romaine and the dressing was tasteless. The carrots were roasted well but were covered in a walnut crema we thought was again lacking in taste and there was too much of it which overpowered the carrots. The chicken cutlet was good.

Delicious Italian meal from the incredible Christian Petroni Chef. My favorites were the Pork Milanese & Sicilian Pizza tho the menu is full of tempting options.

After recently seeing Chef Petroni on DDD, we stopped in for Friday lunch on our way up to CT. Wasn't busy yet soon after opening, although the shopping center was pretty busy.
From a COVID standpoint, seems like everyone was following guidelines. Most people in the shopping center were wearing masks properly, even outside of the stores in the parking lot. Everyone in Fortina we saw were as well. One-way directional flow signs inside. Tables were properly distanced.
We grabbed a table outside, since it was a nice morning with great weather. Building threw shade on the outdoor tables. Menu is online via Toast. They provide a QR code to get to the menu, and you have to order and pre-pay through the app.
It was early in the day, so there were a few menu items that were unavailable, like the half chicken and pork braciole. We'll have to come back and try the braciole someday, cuz it sounded delicious!
We ordered the calamari to start, which comes with an interesting story. When the order first came, we dug in. It was delicious and perfectly cooked as it was super tender and lightly breaded. Halfway through our digging in, the server came over to apologize, that two executive chefs in the indoor dining space didn't like how our order smelled and wanted the kitchen to make us a fresh batch. We didn't spot anything wrong, but we appreciate how they're careful and take pride in their product!! A new order was delivered a few minutes later, and it was delicious too! They even took it off of our check, even though we thought it was great!
We couldn't decide on a pizza, but our server recommended The LB so we went with that. So happy on the recommendation! It was delicious, the crust was thin and crispy, and the burrata and robiola cheese was pillowy. Will definitely come back for this pizza!
