Usually this place is fine, but this time I ordered I had a dead fly at the bottom of my drink. Didn’t realize it at first, but thank god I did before I sipped it. At first I thought maybe it was some coffee grounds or something, but no, when I dumped it it was 100% a fly (plus my drink was basically clear). Look, I understand kids work there, but it’s still disgusting.

Happy Valentine's day I firstly hope all of you are having a great day. I went into this located today I had barely opened the door & one of their employees says "Yeah.. Nope! You need a mask." Okay, yes your probably right. But did you have to be rude about it... This is exactly why I stopped going to this location a long time ago. If she was rude to me I can only imagine how she treats other people in general.

I thought maybe yesterday was a fluke so I gave this branch another try after yesterday's fiasco but it wasn't any better. I ordered 2 lg hot coffees reg with a few ice, 1 LG iced coffee with 8&8 with extra ice and a LG cup of ice. And all 3 coffee were messed up . The 2 hot coffees said 1&1 and the ice coffee had 3 creams no sugar. And my LG cup of ice was a small cup and they charged me .99 for it as opposed to .25 like all the other Dunkin' Donuts in the area.

Love this Dunkin' it is a very regular stop for me. Hannah th shift leader always has that long line moving very fast.
The very few times thet have messed up my order they fix it without a issue.
