Placed a drive through order. Drove away as we were checking order accuracy and had to turn around as we had missing Mozzarella sticks. Went inside to inform them they forgot Mozzarella sticks. Manager argued with me stating she placed them in bags when clearly they weren't in there. The receipt apparently wasn't good enough. She wanted to see the bags of food also. Went back to the car. Brought back receipts and bags of food. She still continued to argue that she placed Mozzarella sticks in the bag. I assured her we were not trying to steal $3 Mozzarella sticks. I was about to ask if she wanted to search our vehicle. She was extremely rude. How someone like that is in customer service and a manager at that is very disappointing. What a ridiculous experience!!!

I ordered a large Impossible Whopper meal with a Dr. Pepper and a 8 piece Jalapeño Poppers. The driver delivered the meal with no drink and at closer inspection instead of 8 poppers, I received 6. I asked the driver about my drink and she said they didn’t give her a drink. I’m very disappointed at your poor service.

I asked for 3 vanilla cones at the window, I go to the window, the guy looks me in the eyes and asks if I want a cup instead of a cone and I said no. He then turns around, looks at the many cones they have, and then lies to my face saying and I quote “cuz we don’t have cones” talk about lazy service, like your job is to serve food and you are too lazy to do that ? Mind you the drive thru was empty, there was only one car ahead of me.
