Dunkin'

This Has to be the worst place for customer service. Sadly as a regular customer, and I mean daily, you’re never greeted with a smile, hello, good morning, nothing. The early morning staff especially has no manners whatsoever. If they make a mistake on your order, it is never them it is always at the customers fault. They will argue very rudely and are demeaning right to the customers face stating that they don’t make mistakes, we’ll I guess they are perfect!!!! Well, I would like to enlighten them on something no one is perfect in this world as we know it. They know no humility and they certainly don’t have the words I’m sorry in their vocabulary. How sad to think the people of this age group will represent this world moving forward. Very sad indeed. Where are the management teams that should be grooming this young staff? Definitely absent 😪

It is listed clearly on their website that they open at 4am, this isn't so as I pulled into the parking spot at exactly 4:25am and walked up to the door, the woman inside just waved at me. Doors locked, menu board was dark. For people like myself who drive for jobs at an ungodly hour, it would be beneficial to have updated and proper information on the website regarding hours. Disgusting first impression with this place.

I don't typically go to Dunkin Donuts even once a year. This review will be more on the service than the products b/c all I had was one munchkin. I was sent here by my friends to pick up 2 pumpkin spiced medium lattes as well as 2 pumpkin spiced donuts. They did not have donuts. (I'm not s coffee drinker) I had to call my friends to ask them if it was ok to get munchkins, also I didn't know if the latte's were to be hot or cold. I laughed when the guy asked me because I didn't even think of that as an option. The 2 employees I dealt with were polite & fun all the way through the transaction. There was only 1 person in front of me and zero behind. The munchkin was very tasty. I wish it was warm, but it was cold from the air conditioner in the establishment, and I can totally understand that. I guess when I go back there in another year or two, I better remember to ask them to Microwave it for a few of seconds. If I was in a hurry it may have been possible that I drove off without the coffee, b/c of the way I had to wait a few more seconds for the other employee to make and bring it to the car. Clean outside drive-through.
