Chili's

Honestly pretty mid, we ordered the chili con queso which was alright but it only got worse from there. I had the salmon and the salmon itself was quite good but the rice was completely uncooked. I don't have high standards or anything but it was literally inedible, it was like they had let already cooked rice sit out for days uncovered until it dried out or it was never cooked in the first place. So strange. The waitress didn't come back until we were completely finished eating so I couldn't send it back or swap it for something else. At the time we were placing our order, we asked for a couple dishes to go so we could bring something home for the fam but those never got put in. We were able to get them taken off the ticket but at that point we had to go so we left without the food. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place as there weren't many redeeming qualities. +1 star for the salmon though it was tasty

You call this a BOWL of chili?! I paid almost $6 for this? It doesn’t even fill half the container. If you look it doesn’t even cover the bottom of my spoon. I used to work at Chili’s and I know this a total ripoff. Also 4oz is what I was told on the phone. 4oz doesn’t sound like a bowl to me. And all I was told when I called about it was “well we did it how we were supposed to” or “there’s nothing really I can do” ridiculous. Guess I’ll be getting my chili form Newk’s from now on at least they fill their containers.

I ordered a shrimp pasta and cheesecake with strawberry puree sauce that normally comes with the cheesecake through the door-dash service yesterday. The shrimp were really burned on my pasta and barely digestible. Instead of getting two strawberry puree sauces with my cheesecake I received ketchup in both containers. I called Chili's to speak with the manager and the manager was very unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me to email him a picture like the one below in order for me to get a refund for it and I suspected he had no intention of giving me a refund on it because he made no effort to call me back so I called back instead. He had received my picture in the email but I don't believe he looked at it very clearly to tell me there were black specks in it that looked like strawberry puree sauce when it clearly tasted and looked like ketchup. I was highly upset by that and I figure there was no reasoning with this man so I called door-dash instead explaining my problem to them and I was able to get refunded my. money. Very unprofessional and I highly don't recommend ordering anything from their restaurant because in customer service the customer is always right. Have a blessed day!

Inedible guacamole I sent back was verified by the manager and the whole tub went in the garbage. Waitress was okay but never came back by the table after we paid because we didn't leave a tip on the card but had a $20 bill waiting on her. I gave it to the manager and hope she got it. Chic almost missed her money and was probably talking about me cause she didn't see the tip on the credit card bill. Good thing I was in a good mood!

Waited 15 min for table in a 90% empty restaurant. Rack of ribs and asparagus was very good, but it was a half rack. We told waiter the soup was to come out same time as meal of others. Potato soup came out immediately. Other guest told them to take it back. Then different girl brought same soup back with meals, and it was lukewarm. Not a great product but covered in cheese and bacon. The almost empty restaurant had holes and rips in seats, not very clean floors or bathrooms... just a dingy looking restaurant.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. We arrived at 715 for a table in a restaurant with 5 others tables already seated - and were told the wait was 10 minutes. In an EMPTY restaurant. We get seated and order - margarita, coke, and cheese bites. At 730ish our waiter said he would return for our order and at 745, HAD NOT. The margarita still had not arrived. Waiter returned for the meal order at 750, said he would bring the margarita and a coke refill, only to return with a coke. Finally, he brought the margarita - sweating on the outside with melted ice floating in it. It is currently 805, and entrees haven't even arrived to have this level of service.
