Teriyaki Grill

My grandson and I just ate at Teri Yaki and it was delicious! We got our food in 5 minutes and it was just right. There was a steady stream of people coming in and being served in short time. We saw NO idiots but only a bunch of nice courteous people. Maybe all the idiots left and they got some good help.

Well I went there for the first time in a long time and was disappointed...the food is not like it used to be...not like I remember. Plus I didn't like the fact that they were not only allowing people to eat in the outside area, I understand the restrictions that the pandemic has businesses under but come on there should be no restrictions on eating outside.

Food was fine. Service was horrible. I took my girlfriend here to get lunch to-go. We weren't greeted when we came in, and the girl who was waiting on us at the counter was quite rude. I picked up about 4 napkins since we got our food to-go and as I was walking out she loudly said to her coworker ( and I quote) "I should've told that guy 'sir we have a limit on our napkins'." I have worked in multiple restaurants and other business involving customer service and can honstely say, this type of behavior towards customers would be completely unacceptable in any business environment.

We've been going to Teri Yaki grill for years, and the food is always served hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience, and we go often. We love the Ginger Salmon & teriyaki shrimp, but the chicken and steak are great also. The best part is that it's healthy, you can tell the vegetables are steamed and the meal isn't prepared with heavy oils or fat. Teri Yaki Grill is a great choice for higher end fast food, and certainly a healthy choice, and costs about the same as a burger and fries! We love eating there.
