Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered my pizza at 7:15 pm and it still hasn’t arrived, (it’s 9:15 pm). Also when I called it was because they only had one driver, which I understand but Jesus. At least tell me on the app it will take that long. Plus they said mine was the next one out but the app said it hasn’t even been put in the oven yet. The pizza is usually 30 mins late here but jeez this is next level.

We usually have great service with PJ. It took 2 hours to receive 1 large pizza delivery. I called to see what was going on and was told they only had one driver. Really acted like it was no big deal. I'm very disappointed!! That is not the managers fault, however, don't say delivered within 30 minutes.

I love pizza from here and I am a regular. Usually say my name when they pick up the phone. Last few times they said brittany no big deal I tell them tiffany. Well I usually have to repeat like 5 times no big deal it loud in there. She asks me to spell it. I spell tiffany. She say alright tiffany. I pick up my pizza. My name is Pisseny on the box. How the heck does tiffany turn into pisseny.... I don't think this was an accident

We made an order over 2 hours ago and when we called to check on our order they said it was ready but wasn’t even in the oven and it would be two MORE hours out. We live 10 minutes away from the store. We asked for our money back and even offered to come pick it up in cash. The manager Connie was extremely rude and would not give our money back today. I understand it might be company policy but the way we were treated was unacceptable. The reviews on Facebook and google mention Connie many times in complaints. I’m sorry if we were interrupting her smoking break but we only ask for pizza to be delivered in a timely manner. I’ve already messaged you. Can’t wait to hear from you!

The worst papa johns franchise i have EVER ordered for! I order a pizza at 6:02 pm and the app says it'll be done between 27 to 37 minutes. I call at 6:45 pm and am on hold for nearly 8 minutes, which it is now 6:53 pm. They tell me it won't be out until another 30 min! No offer of a free pizza or anything for there mistake, just a excuse that they only have two drivers today. If this only happened once I wouldn't be here typing this, but this is a regular occurrence with them. WORD OF ADVICE, if you just crave papa johns, use a differ franchise location, which is in muscle shoals. At least til they can hire competent staff or better yet, a manager that knows how to run a pizza place.
