Zaxby’s

The ordering at the drive thru was easy and quick. That's where quick ended. After pulling through to the window the employee quickly took my money and the wait begins. I waited long enough I thought I was going to be late for work. Once I had the time to eat my meal I found the portions to be smaller. For the price I paid I was not impressed. The food quality was good. I will give them a second chance. Next time I will dine in to give them a good chance to impress me with their food.

I love The fried cobb salad. And the wings are delicious. Most days they are relatively fast, however I was a little disappointed on my last visit because I had to pull up and wait. They said 6-7 minutes but it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. The food was great as usual so not too much to complain about.

First visit ever to a Zaxby's and it will be my last No greeting no smile the cashier didn't seem to want to answer my questions about the dipping sauces. Tenders tasted like they had been seasoned to much and while weren't cold they were not hot either. The best part of the meals was the French fries

If I could have given it no stars I would have I just left the russellville location where what seem to be the manager tried to argue with me about a free meal on my app then I get my food and the fries are cold so I tell the cashier and she looks at the manager and says "she saying the fries are cold" I told em I would buy HOT FRIES but the 2ay they were acting i just left and told em no thank you. DONT EVEN GO THERE FOR A FREE MEAL AWFUL

Terrible service & very rude! I spent 30 minutes in line to be yelled at then when I figured out I only got half my order I called them while sitting in the wait area. They told me to go back through the drive through. I told them no because the line was very long. They. We’re like we will see what we can do & hung up. The girl came out to my truck shoved the food at me said here & walked off! I spent $50 for the rudest service ever! Last time I checked you should apologize for messed up orders. All 3 of these kids were new & I had never seen them there before! Definitely need trained better!
