Can I give this -5 stars? I waited online behind 3 people, by the time my sandwich was ready the person in front of me was in the process of paying and taking a very long time trying to get her 'reward points' added. She finally left, I paid for my sandwich, and when I got home it was the wrong one. I wasn't about to drive back 10-15 minutes and get another one so threw it away and ate something else. If you visit this store, check the sandwich before you leave, I learned a valuable lesson but there is no excuse for this on the part of the people working there, none whatsoever.

The employees were very friendly. Theirs gotta be a better way to keep the line moving though. I was undecided on what to order so just pointed to the picture of a specialty sandwich on the menu (which described what came on it) I was then asked "What I wanted on it?" I already was unsure of what I wanted so just picked that item thinking it came with the description. Maybe I'm out of the Subway lingo?

The person that was starting to make the sandwich for me and my co worker seemed to had an attitude as she walked up to the counter. Told her what I wanted she asked my co worker what she.wanted when he got the breads to make the sandwich she asked if they was toasted I spoke up and said "slightly" turns around and ask my co worker about her sandwich she said slightly as well. The worker then looks at me like I never answered her so I told her to go ahead and put my bread away. Cause she had gave me a mean look say "I thought the toast was just for the chicken. After I leave another customer that was in the store told me she had snapped an attitude at her kid when she was ordering
