Extremely poor food quality and service. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and concerns were not handled properly at all. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love this Subway! They have the best team working behind thr counter. Very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here for many a years to come.
As always they prepare a fresh and inexpensive Breakfast, lunch or tea. Nutritious for w takeaway and very tasty. The staff here are very friendly and enter into discussion and banter.

I visited Subway Junction One in Rugby on Monday, November 24th, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A young man there made my day with his exceptional service and prepared the best jacket potato I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
