May Flower Chinese Takeaway

Everyone in this town always says..this place best...etc depending on area..and there all good on there own right ✅...we all love Asian food..in this town..but when it comes to top quality and no stupid inflation increase on menus which we have experienced..this local business has a excellent chief that delivers food that is beyond restaurant quality...service is on point never late always happy...standards over many years of service in difficult times has never failed to me ..iv entertained so many people from up and down country and they have all agreed how good this establishment is..so there I'm happy enough said keep up the good work guy's...quality at great price 👌....always..steve 👍...

I take my review back, been here for about 10 years had a bad experience that they did not handle very well. But today I order the usual and it is outstanding exactly what I asked for and everything seems as though it’s just been made. Thanks and keep this food standard up guys and I’ll be back every week like I was before

**BRILLIANT** First of all I live on a barge on the canal and was moored in the middle of nowhere between rugby and brinclow. I rang up a few places and not one would deliver to me, then I rang 'may flower's the gental man on the phone was very friendly and did say it would be a struggle to get to me and would cost me £5 delivery. (which I didnt mind paying as it was 5miles away and i understand it is in the middle of nowhere) Now i must say I'm not normally somebody to write a review but the food was here within 45mins and the driver phoned me and said "I'm in the car park and I can see a boat but not sure if it is you." so I opened the door and saw him and he said "yes its you" I was putting my wellies on to walk down the very moody toe path as I realised the driver actually walked down the toe path to my boat, in the mud, in his trainers. How very kind of you sir. Thank you very much. Then the food.. I ordered: Pancake rolls Chicken balls Curry sauce Egg fried rice Chicken chowmain Crispy beef in chilli Banana fritters x2 (£31 that's including the £5 delivery 'VERY CHEAP') Now, it has got to have been one of the best Chinese's I have EVER had, and I have them quite regularly. Not a thing I could complain about. It was gorgeous. Thank you guys 10/10 from me

Having reviewed the CCTV footage of your return visit to the premises with the food to complain about the quality and advise us of your alleged subsequent illness we feel we should respond. After some considerable time talking with you It became obvious that your intention was to obtain a full refund and then leave with the food for which you had just been refunded, you were offered a 50% refund because you had eaten the main dish’s forming part of the order which you declined demanding a full refund, the owner then offered that and you took it but refused to return the food expecting to walk out with goods for which you had then, not paid. Two additional customers also present at the time found it necessary to intervene and take the food from you and return it to the owner as you had no intention of doing so, you then left the premises. When we enquired about your health, which was our first concern, and if you had been in contact with the health department you refused to answer, in fact your only responses referred to getting your money refunded which appeared to be your primary reason for coming back to the premises, your health not getting more than a casual mention early in the conversation. We take the health of our customers very seriously, it maybe that the May Flower is not best suited to your particular culinary requirements. Regards, May Flower.
