Kfc

I've been going to this KFC for several years and I'm concerned with the direction that the quality-to-cost ratio is headed. My orders have been very consistent, but the actual product and service seems to fluctuate with each visit. It's fast food; it's a franchise, but I can still expect consistency. Other restaurants in the area are able to provide both good service and a good product. My last order had the two smallest pieces of chicken I've seen. I've only done drive thru and that line moves about average. The outside of the facility seems well-kept. The inside had renovations done recently. This facility is shared by Taco Bell. Overall, I would have given a slightly higher rating, but my concerns merit one less star.

Ordered on app got to the window was told to come back in 15 minutes it wasn’t ready. Ok, waited in a spot since store is ClOSED to public with only Drive-through…went BACK to window to pick up food. First, we spent $43 for mediocre 5 soggy tasteless sandwiches & tenders, loil-soaked fries! All disgusting! Missing our 4 Biscuits, replaced the “Bucket of Soda” with 2 large flat sodas. KFC used to have amazing Chicken Sandwiches & Tenders…NO Pride in the quality! Bad Business KFC! Wendy’s will now take your place.

I ordered online and paid. I arrived and had to wait for about 8 to 10 cars in drive thru instead of going in or them bringing order out. I was disappointed with the smaller than normal chicken and sides were all too. This order was for 3 people but the potato's was barley big enough for 1 person. The chicken was good.
