Dunkin'

Tried to order donuts, the man didn’t speak English. A woman came on the speaker and thankfully was able to take my order. I pulled up to the window and the lady at the window was extremely rude. I was very pleasant and said hello, without saying a word, she snatched my card out of my hand and ran it and handed it back to me without saying a word. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable, I won’t be back.

Avoid at all cost! Took my daughter’s there for a ice cream treat. My older daughter asked for a single scoop of gold medal ribbon on a waffle cone. The lady very rudely stated if she got a single scoop she’d charged $1.80 extra for getting a single scoop. A single is $3.19 and a double scoop is $4.19 so adding the $1.80 extra far exceeds a double come. Upon getting the come my daughter found a finger nail in the ice cream. When made the cashier/owner aware she claimed my daughter must of done it on her own. Then my single scoop on a regular cone tasted like freezer burn. Needless to say my daughters and I threw our ice cream out after notifying the counter person and got treated rudely. Worst customer service.

The person taking my order from the drive through wasn’t helpful in answering my questions regarding the donuts available. Maybe it’s just this Dunkin, but the donuts were subpar at best. The Cruller and other donuts were stale. I guess I’m just used to better quality from the Tim Hortons, I will not be back. I asked if they had a Christmas donut and he said, yes a green one...not a holiday donut in my eyes. Also, their strawberry dipped with sprinkles wasn’t very good looking. Sprinkles were lacking and just poor presentation.
