OMG. Finally this place has got a new employee his name is Jacob.
Jacob really knows how to make a sandwich. The best sub I've ever gotten from any Subway anywhere. He's fast and courteous you will really enjoy the experience. He just started working there and his boss should give him a raise.

Pulled up to this subway at 9:28 pm on a Wednesday and the lady inside came to the front locked the door and shut off the lights. Google says you close at 10. I wouldn’t bother complaining but honestly every time we come to this location during dinner time or later the employee working is the slowest person alive with the worst customer service skills ever. This was the last stroke for me. Either update your hours or fire this girl for closing early.

Not only did the MANAGER not change her gloves before starting my sandwich, she wasn't wearing a face mask either. That should have told me. After putting meat and cheese on my subway club, I asked if bacon comes on it. She responded "do you see any bacon?" I told her I can't believe she just said that to me. She started SCREAMING at me and asked if I want my sandwich or not. With out saying more, I called the Royal Oak police to come get my money she collected before my sub was even complete. After speaking to the owner, he has told me this is the best help he can get and made multiple excuses for why I was treated the way I was. He acted very bothered to be speaking to me. Coming from a Foodservice background, I'm appalled at what I experienced. It's very unfortunate that because of the pandemic, terrible customer service and sub-par hygiene practices are becoming the new norm.

Dined in with a girlfriend after the gym. Not sure who the woman is that’s working. Older woman glasses gray hair not personable. She basically disappeared after being very short with me and my order. Watched several customers come in and stand around waiting for service. After 30 minutes of no service and she was nowhere to be found she returned, I believe from the back of the building outside.l somewhere. She had personal company that she left outside with and missed several customers standing there upset with no service. Hope your location is able to make up for the sales at this woman is costing you

My experience was terrible. I went in with my boyfriend and this man served us. Right away, the man wasn't wearing his mask, at all. Then he was aggressively asking for our order and throwing food everywhere. I then asked asked for salami and ham and he gave me pepperoni and ham. My boyfriend said mayo and said no tomato and the man put on lots of tomato. It was not a good experience and neither of our sandwiches is what we want. At all.

The worst manger i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The adidtude that my gf and i received was horrific. The manger began yelling insulting and hung up on us as we tryed to explain there was a mess up with pay pal it charged us twice.
This "manager" has no place working with people or customers. The amount of bad reviews is evidence of this.
Let alone half of the time i come there she is gone because she went next store to get lottery tickets, as she see customers lining up.. she leaves.
I have gone to this location since they opened, i live in clawson so this subway is close.
I emailed corporate about here behavior and lack of leadership and people skills hopefully in some way this can warn people not go here.
Worst subway ive been too. Would not recommend theres better locations a few miles from here.
