Nicest employees I've run into here, even while they were busy. No one got overly stressed or angry and the manager (I'm guessing) offered me a free cup of water while I waited for my order. Thanks!

The "New" Burger King is Amazing! Very friendly helpful service. Their food in my opinion is better than McDonalds. The Restaurant is very clean. I went in to order a coffee after 3, which they quickly made without a problem. Plenty of booths and outlets for us techie folks, great cafe experience. Staff feel like they actually care about customers here! I also ordered a rodeo burger in a combo, which cost over $11 (in addition to the coffee) which felt WAY too expensive for one of the cheapest menu items, for which i knocked off a star.

Went inside and they had the most immaculate Halloween decorations. Food was the usual solid Burger King quality, 0 issues, nice staff. People should go inside more often, they put a lot of work into it.

We had a order took to long and Izaiah brought out our order and explained he had to redo the chicken sandwich. He was polite about it and sincere about the time it took to make the sandwich. He explained the chicken sandwich wasn't up to burger kings exspentanios so he wanted to redo it. I honestly felt so happy with explanation anf why we were wainting. It made me very happy. I'd definitely recommend going here. Izaiah totally made things great. Where I was frustrated he explained my wait and why.. he essentially just wanted to make sure my meal was perfect. Thank you burger king and Izaiah! We will be coming back soon thank you.

Burger King in Roy is a great Burger King franchise. The staff has always been friendly, and courteous, when I have visited. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to make my experience a good one. The food has always been hot and fresh. If you are considering a stop at a Burger King in the Roy area, I highly recommend this one. I also recommend getting the Burger King app and checking out the offers before you visit.

Isiah was a great employee. He was friendly, nice, and respectful. He called my wife by name when we used the app to order. He was a very good guy and definitely needs a raise! Great happy dude. Not often you get people like him.

Food was a bit of a disapointment. Burger was cold and cheese never melted. But to their credit they are understaffed and people are mean. The young lady that took my order was awesome. She was kind and ready to help 😊
