Great! First time I've had a banana split in a looooong time and it was great. The icecream was pretty tasty and the toppings were good.

My wife and I were in the drive thru line at cold stone last night when we looked over and saw that big scoops was across the parking lot. After sitting in the drive thru for what seemed to be eternity, we decided to give big scoops a try. I have to say, the service was unmatched. Lexi was extremely polite, prompt, professional and relatable. The ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. I appreciate that the Reese’s was already melted so I wasn’t having to chomp on frozen little chocolate clumps. For me, it’s the little things that count and big scoops understands that. Thank you so much for the QUICK and personal service you provide.
And thanks to Lexi- she went above and beyond to assure our experience was top notch.

We brought a good sized group in 12 or so people the staff was very polite. They didn't get overwhelmed. All orders came out correct and pretty timely. The lobby was very clean. And the ice cream was awesome. I got the vanilla bean with gram cracker and cheese cake bites. Very tasty.

Super nice employees despite how busy they were. Milkshake was good, although strawberry mix-in quantity should be increased, because I could barely detect any strawberry taste. I make them at home so my standards are a little high -- I won't dock stars for that. I'd go back!

We went to Cali and my son took us out to grab some ice cream here- It was amazing!!! Loved it! Nice treat while visiting the beach! ❤️

Our new favorite little spot. Always have the sweetest ladies in there and we adore each of yall. My daughter and her friends ask to come back again and again. Plus they were super friendly the one time we had our non service pup with us. I won't leave her in the car but was going to stand outside. We were very kindly welcomed in with her. Totally made it that much more fun :) how sweet is this place 😍

I wish they offered a sugar free option so I could enjoy a treat with my family. They, however, were very happy with their ice cream.

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The dipped waffle bowls taste better than they look and they're beautiful. You should try the fudge brownie with cheesecake bites and a dipped bowl with nuts.
