Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The staff very clearly does not care how long customers are waiting, they have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’ve mobile ordered from this location a number of times, they are never on time with my order. Tonight it took 25 additional minutes before I received my food. The staff never once asked what my name was or how long I’d been waiting. They refuse to acknowledge the mobile order customers standing and waiting for our food. Previous times I’ve ordered, they’ve either been very late or gotten my order altogether incorrect. This is the last time I visit this location.

This Chipotle sucks. I have tried carry out several times, I selected my time and had to wait at least 30 minutes when I got there because, it was not ready. This last time, they didn’t even make the order! They said they never received it. Staff was unapologetic on top of that. I am never coming here again.

I always buy Chipotle its my favorite spot but last nights dinner I ordered for my whole family was awful. I ordered from the app and picked it up. When I arrived my order was not complete and I was missing items. I only live 5 mins from your location and when I got home all the food was cold, all the barbacoa meat we ordered for was nothing but fat and they did not enjoy their food. I also ordered barbacoa on one of my burritos and they put steak instead. I will not be coming back to this location.

Chipotle used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but after this experience, I can't say that any more. First off, I ordered in the app to pick up at 8pm, and I didn't get my food till 8:20. I stood there 20 minutes waiting for the food I ordered earlier, and I waited patiently. We get home to open the food, and there was something wrong with EVERY order. The quesadilla was missing the sides and there was a piece of PLASTIC in it. The bowls were missing things like guacamole, cheese, and corn salsa, and they added things like sour cream that weren't ordered. I'm just lucky that they didn't put any meat in the vegetarian bowl at this point.

Ok, My wife and me went here tonight for the first time. Was a descent amount of people here in line. I did notice most ordered To Go orders. We ordered and moved through the line pretty quick. The portions were descent in sise. Would suggest some kind of meat markers, so i knew what the other options were. This location seems smaller to me for some reason. It appears the restrooms take up have of the front area. I do like the look of the seating area with stainless top tables and wood backed chairs. The patio is also nice My wife ordered Hard Shell Tacos and I went for the Bowl and drinks $22. The price seems a little high for what we purchased, but it was our first visit. I will say the ingredients were very good and fresh. I did like the taste of the Steak and wife enjoyed her chicken. The guacamole and rice actually stood out more in flavor than the other ingredients. The staff was busy and everyone seemed to be doing their assigned task. Most of the tables really needed attention and floors needed to be swept clean of trash. I waited till a young lady finally did come out and wipe the tables down. No one ever touched the floors, while we were there. I did take pictures of the inside, but waited till the young lady had finished wiping down the tables. I do like having other food options in town besides just Fast Food Burgers.

Stopped to pick up some dinner before coming home after a long 14-hr trip. I ordered a burrito with brisket being the only meat along with brown rice, black beans, and red salsa. As soon as I got home I ate the burrito and almost immediately after I ate it I realized it didn't sit very well, it wasn't 30-45 mins later I mentioned to my wife that I was feeling a little nausea and my stomach was starting to cramp badly, shortly after that I ended up having diarrhea and I also threw up 3 times over the course of the night... Unfortunatelt all I can say is that I will likely never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone I know..!
