Ramblin Rose

Love this bar! Big space, well kept, good food, and even better prices. Can't speak to the night crowd (yet) but on a random weekday afternoon, it was great with the bar seating full of folks catching up. Cheeseburger was A+ and only $6 after adding cheese and jalapenos. Looking forward to karaoke! Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9pm.

I've lived in this area for decades and have always threatened to drop in but just never made the time. My wife and I finally decided to go and we had a great time! We were noticed as newcomers and warmly welcomed. We took a seat at the bar and were immediately chatted up by the regulars. We also met another couple that were newcomers. We chatted, had fun and left knowing we'd be coming back. It's a bar mind you. They have pool tables, dart boards, a shuffle board and a juke box. They also allow smoking so don't go if you can't handle this. I vape so it wasn't a big deal but man did our clothes stink when we got home. All they need is a little ventilation! We didn’t try the food but we had a picture of beer and a mixed drink and were surprised at how small our tab was. Will definitely be going back.

My favorite bar. Cheap cold beer. Great burgers. Great daily specials. Smoking is allowed, so be aware. The smoke eaters do help $5 1/2 pound burger and $5 pitchers every Monday. Life is good. They have upgraded the rose garden with new tables and new grape arbor. New roses and grapes. Still the Best Bar in the area.
