Royal Buffet

I like the restaurant itself but we went on a weekend night around 5 or 5:30 at night so the buffet SHOULD have been well stocked and ready to go for the dinner rush hours. It was lacking in a lot of the regular favorites or they weren’t there at all in addition to being messy. The servers were not perceptive of their patrons needs and we had to ask for every drink refill, every time we needed something, we had to gesture someone over (to which we were shown an expression of slight agitation) because we broke up their little conversations more than once. Then when we were ready to leave, we asked for a to go cup and the lady literally rolled her eyes and stomped off to get it. Wow…umm okay. And this, folks is one of the reasons I rarely eat out anymore. Good customer service is rare and hard to find these days.

Decent place for a Chinese buffet or Asian food, generally... food was decent not old as I've seen in other places, selection quite limited and as I've understood from my friend they removed a lot of items especially in the sea food section like octopus or similar... But most important drawback is the price went up, we've paid $30 with taxes for two adults with no drinks just water...to me that's enough not to come back again...as a buyer consumer I reserve the right not to accept the increased prices...we all should do the same...no one increased my salary in the last 2-5 years, as they say to keep up with the prices...

Good all you can eat buffet with decent Hibachi grill and seafood/ sushi on the weekends. Update: My oh my, how things have changed in four years. I will no longer eat here, the food is dried out, greasy and not kept at proper temperature. It's not safe to eat. The place is dirty, bathrooms are not clean. Health Inspector needs to pay them a visit.

Supposed to be able to sanitize hands OR wear gloves. The hand sanitizer is horrible and you are still expected to wear their gloves. I'm allergic. Two different employees told me put on gloves. My husband made my plate instead. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The faucet is covered in hard water deposits and mold.
