I order a chopped salad online and this is what I get . I informed the cashier and told her this is a salad and she said yes those are the salads we make here this is ridiculous unacceptable. I called to let the manger know but nobody answers the phone so don't order online just go in ....

Not sure what is going on at this establishment. Insufficient staffing. Only one person taking orders at 2 something in the afternoon on a Tuesday. If you happened to stop in expecting to grab a sandwich and get back to your workplace, you would probably end up leaving like the customer in front of me.
I happened to have day off so I waited which I typically don't do.
Never again. Oh did I say they didn't have tomatoes.
Remember this is a owner/management issue. The sole employee was doing the best he/she could taking orders, making sandwiches, and operating the register.

WARNING GUYS if you order your food ONLINE expect it to be wrong every time. 4 times in a row they didn't toast the bread when was one of the specification of the sandwich, didn't put any honey mustard or tomatoes in it as well. And they can't say that I took too long to get there every time I'm only 5 mins away. Best way supervise them.

Just don't go there right now. It is a mess and extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes in line with 4 people working there and 3 people in front of me. Also, the guy finishing my sandwich put hot sauce on it when I wasn't looking and now my mouth is on fire. I got it to go and saved it for dinner, so I got a nice surprise. Not good.

I've come here a few times at night. The sandwiches are great; the employees are okay. I used to come because it was 24 hours. I understand that it doesn't do that anymore. I'll probably visit again since it still opens late.

Worst service! I just waited 40 min for 2 sandwiches with only one customer ahead of me! These employees move like snails! This woman was so rude and then she was ringing up my order and before I was finished she just walked away! I stood there for a moment then asked for my receipt, with the response" our machine broke you can't have a receipt". Completely unprofessional!
