Starbucks

I'm not a fan of coffee so I don't frequent Starbucks at all. But this visit was for my friend and my experience was grand! I especially appreciate the tech behind the ordering screen in the drive through. What you order displays on the screen as you order so you know if it's right and how much it costs as you continue and finish ordering. Even includes images of what you should expect it to look like; to the ingredient. Very impressive application and user experience. Kudos Starbucks!

I only put one star cause i can’t put none. The worst service and everyone is so rude. My drinks were made wrong even though they’re the same thing every time and when I went in to ask for a refund they were really rude about it. One guy stopped helping me completely and made someone else help me and said quote “ I can’t help her you help her done” and then proceeded to talk about me to another employee named Heather about me right in front of me!! I used to love this place but never again. 10/10 do not recommend.

Worst Starbucks! They do not care for mobile orders here at all. We arrived and neither of our drinks was ready on time. One came out after a short wait and then we sat waiting 20mins for the second one. We had to ask for the other one to be made. Another couple waited just as long and had to say something for their drinks to be made as well. Instead of apologizing the lady in charge of the drinks made with the blenders stated I should of told her we was there for a mobile order for her to make it. It doesn’t work like that but ok. She was rude about her own mistake and not pushing out the drinks that are ordered and already paid for. Horrible customer service for all the mobile orders.
