Let me start by listing the things that were positive with my experience at this restaurant I had the pleasure of going today: I have my food and drink.
That's the end of the good experience at this restaurant on today in particular and only seems to happen when a particular employee is in charge of the front drive through register, handing food out the door, and drinks (About an average amount of responsibilities for the position). The employee was slow, unresponsive and forgetful. I go every Wednesday, between 4:45pm and 5:00pm, to this restaurant and if there is a big line it's a 50/50 chance this grandpa is taking orders. I honestly keep hoping that when ever I hear this guy's voice over the intercom that he has improved at his job but it's been the same thing as early a December when I moved in RR. Just move the guy off the cash register and fountain machine and that's all his problems solved.
Overall this is just a regular Taco Bell with a consistently bad employee that makes orders take longer than needed, leaves a bad impression on the customer, and could do fine in any other position.

Absolutely cannot stand this location. About 5 different times the same DISRESPECTFUL woman takes my order, and never even checks to make sure the food is correct.
She not only slams the window in my face, before i can even say "have a great day" but she CONTINUES to get away with terrible customer service.
She hates her life and everybody in it, it seems. She should not work in the customer service field.
Officially last time I'm ever going to this location. Cause no matter how many times I ask for it to be STEAMED AND ON THE GRILL so the cheese is ACTUALLY melted, they still don't listen.
Nobody wants to eat friken cold shredded cheese!

Horrible experience! They left 2things out of my order and messed up 2other items I never got my 2 5 layer burritos and 2out of 3 of my bean burritos had onions. My 3year old doesn't eat onions,he throws up if he does. And when I tried calling they never answered I called about 6-7 times all I got was a busy tone. Worse experience with them will never go back to this location.

First time customer.
My wife and I had the chicken sandwich taco box. The food was ok.
The chicken was kind of dry.
The food was warm, not hot. Not sure why. We did not have to wait and we only live 5 minutes from that location.
The cashier Wayne M. and the girl at the pickup window were both very personable and helpful.
Pretty good meal for the price.
We will most likely go back again. I hope the food will be warmer and the chicken a little moister than it was today.

Typical fast food place. gets a rating of 2 out of 5 stars, because of various things like the long line sometimes, the younger employees can be borderline rude very young enthusiastic about their job that's for sure they don't they usually will not go above and beyond the extreme basic requirements of their job. Perhaps the hiring manager should be more selective or Taco Bell might want to offer a little bit more per hour to get a higher caliber of applicants

I got two beefy five layer burritos, two soft tacos, and one soft taco no lettuce. They got the order correct, but the tortillas seemed a little hard. Like maybe they needed to be warmed up a little longer

This is the worst location ever!!!! They never get the order correct and lately they have been closing early but nothing indicated this through the online ordering service. You have to wait until you waste gas to get these and they have a sign on the drive thru speaker stating they are closed due to no workers test there was a worker outside in the parking lot holding a full blown conversation stating in the door way of and SUV. If you are going to close early at least you can turn off the ordering services so that people don’t waste their time and gas coming to a location that is closed abs has never stayed open past 10PM in the last 6 months. Do not go to this location, spend your money elsewhere.

I have just received another bad order from this location. I had ordered a toasted chalupa box but i had never received my mango freeze and they gave me the wrong tacos in my order!!! This is ridiculous! We pay for great customer service and this is how you present it by missing items from orders! I will be getting in touch with someone from corporate office because there are not enough complaints about these restaurants giving horrible customer service.
