Curtis is very rude. 7-11 app and signs on the store says $1 for 7-11 weeks recesses peanut butter bars and other snacks for a $1. The items didn't ring up right and I asked him about it and he said he knows nothing of the deal. He was very rude to me and wouldn't help me figure out why it didn't ring up right. Than he started to berate me, and my husband who wasn't there and said you people always causing problems. I have NEVER had any problems with anyone there before. He has some unknown grudge on my husband (who is the friendliest person you'll ever meet). I told him whatever my husband did that made you mad has nothing to do with me and he told me of course it does! And refunded the difference told me here's your $6 now get out of the store we can refuse service to anyone we want.

Inappropriate rap music playing loud in store on 06/23/2021 around 3:20 pm. Cursing and Inappropriate words in the songs. Not suitable for Family or even children to listen too, i quickly left the store and went to another 7-Eleven. This 7-Eleven has been in bad shape for awhile corporate really needs to setup and fix thing This is my 2nd complaint almost every night this location is closed, employee just dancing and making pizza and did not care that people were knocking at the door. So if you are closed then who is he making pizza for. Management needs to step up and get people that really want to work. The nightshift is just pure lazy and this 7 eleven will go under if no one gets this under control and they are losing a lot of money.

this place was terrible that it was not clean and I bought some drinks and somehow I got almost a $20 charge on my car I called to ask them about it I got the voicemail the next day and then it wasn't even pending anymore they had cleared the transaction when I call the store I got the voicemail and yet again and then I had to call corporate to get my money back and they have to look into it. I don't care if it's only like 15 or 20 bucks right now I could use that as a single mom of 3 and I think it's ridiculous that they employ people that are stealing from their customers.

Great customer service!! An older lady that helped me was very kind, helpful, and friendly. I bought some Al Capones and Hersheys Gold bars that were on a special display. Well, she recommended that I try the New Cappuccino Hersheys Gold Flavor, and being that I love coffee and cappuccinos, I did just that. She was on point about her recommendation, it was delicious!!! I enjoyed talking with her for brief moment about our shared love for chocolate and coffee, lol. If I lived closer I would use this store more often, but I will definitely use this store if I'm in the area again because each time I have come in, i have received great customer service!!
