Marco's Pizza

Let me start by saying that I'm a fan of marcos. We have a huge family and usually spend about $100 on pizza each week. We have ordered from the Parmer store for years and have never had an issue. We've moved and for the last several months have ordered from the university store and have been consistently disappointed. After last night I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. I called in my order vs placing it online, because online doesn't allow me to add/subtract ingredients. I ordered 3 pizza bowls, a calzone and 4 pizzas. 1 Philly cheesecake bowl, 1 Buffalo chicken bowl and 1 DELUXE BOWL W EXTRA SAUCE AND LITE CHEESE. Below are the pictures of the pizza bowls. Literally dry and NO SAUCE. The pizzas and Calzone was fine, but all 3 bowls had to be re- sauced by us,before they were edible. I called the store, thinking that they could simply remake them and we would pick up again, but I was met w disrespectful and inadequate customer service. I called and a guy answered w his name and asking how he could help me. I asked to speak to the manager, he put me on Hold while he gets the mgr. completely respectful and normal. The same guy came back to the phone and was suddenly claiming to be the mgr. I asked him how he was all of a sudden the mgr when he told me seconds before that he was getting the mgr for me- he then starts laughing and says that he's the " mgr in training" I asked again to speak to the actual mgr not one who's in training. I'm again put on hold and a lady answers the phone" can I help you" I ask " hi, are you the mgr" she asks again " can I help you" I ask " I'm sorry I didn't get your name " she then Literally says to me"IM NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR WHY YOU'RE CALLING" . I never got to speak to an actual mgr but at this point I'm not sure if that would do any good, especially if the mgr is the one who trains their staff to treat customers this way. First order a couple weeks ago from th8s location was great. Organized toppings per side, expeditious service, all around good. This time. Not so much. Pizza not cut through, toppings strung out all over the pizza. There is a reason topping location is an option. This service was lazy as it could be. Get it together.

The Pizza here is always good! Tonight I had a mix up tho and had to cancel the order. It was due to website changing locations for pick up. I didn’t pay attention and when I went to the store I thought I was ordering from, I was told it wasn’t there. I had to call this location, and they canceled the order without any attitude or anything! Don’t see that much anymore. So not only great pizza, but customer service is top notch as well!!!!

Marco's Pizza makes a very good and inexpensive Pizza. If you make sure to get a coupon from their website, then you can get a medium for $8 and a large for $9. It's very similar to Papa John's Pizza, the crust is a little different and better in my opinion as you can have garlic or parmesan crust or both. Give it a try, definitely not a waste of money or time.

I moved to Round Rock 9 months ago and I have never been fan of pizza until I tried Marcos pizza!! I won’t eat pizza unless is from Marco’s! Plus the service is excellent! Very fast very good prices, I use the Marcos pizza app and I often get coupons and points for rewards. You have to try the steak thin crust pizza and the wings!!!

Hands down, I ate one of the best pizza in my life yesterday. Pizza was on point from texture to flavor . Thank you for excellent customer service and making a great product. Thank you Ryan Been to the pflugerville location and they are not as serious and professional as you( university round rock Blvd lare. Keep striving for greatness.

First off, we LOVE Marco’s pizza. BUT just like other reviews have stated, the store on University Blvd is the WORST. We order about once a week and every time we have placed our order online, as well as pickup our order. We quickly learned that the stated “ready” time was more like the time to leave the house. No matter what day or time of the week (today being a regular Tuesday) it is never and I mean NEVER even in the oven when we get there to pick it up. So then, the rest of the evening is put on hold due to the timing because it’s always an hour later than the time stated to be ready. Then, every time the employees just say “It’s because we are busy.” Yes they are always busy but no apology, no seem to really care, and just a true honest waste of my money. I am beyond irritated and done with this store for good.
