I have been going here since they opened in 2014! Even though the people working here have changed, the service has not. Good quality drinks served by good quality people! A few days ago I visited them after a long day of real estate work and wanted to celebrate a strong finish to the day with a Honeydew Smoothie. Funny enough I ended up accidentally ordering a Honeydew Cream Blast. The Teapioca Teamembers where kind enough to remake the same drink but as a smoothie. I am glad to say it tasted like always and didn't disappoint! Thanks to a great management team and understanding team members. See y'all soon!

Had an amazing experience at this place last Sunday! Place could’ve looked a bit cleaner and the music was really loud but that’s the only negative things I noticed. I went up to the counter to order and asked for recommendations and was treated very well. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with chocolate and it was made to perfection! Thank you to sitlaly the young lady who took my order! I will be back for more.

I would love to give this place a 5 because majority of the time the staff is awesome. However, there is one particular person that everytime I come in and want to customize my tea, tells me I can't or it's " not made that way or allowed. We can't do that". It's SO frustrating because I tell them how it has been made previously and they refuse and just keep saying the same thing. It has gotten so bad with this person, I walk out and come in another day or I tell my husband not to tip because they just want to make it one way and not the customer way. Please train to all your staff the same! Inform them customizations Are possible especially when we tell them it has been made before and how it was made. .
