Whataburger

Went to order breakfast this morning we asked for 4 combos with the drinks 3 cokes and 1 iced coffee ended up with a $45 ticket and the lady just argued with me that we had ordered 1 dr 2 cokes 1 hot coffee and 3 Ice coffees . I tried to explain that wasn’t correct she still charged me we ended up with 4 combos 2 cokes and 4 iced coffee . Not very professional and nice . Should have known as soon as We got to the drive through when she greeted didn’t sound friendly to begin with. Oh and I forgot we had to wait to pull up to the window because the other employee was sweeping the driveway so we couldn’t get to the window before she made all the incorrect drinks .

We arrived here at midnight with an online order because it's supposed to be 24 hours. We arrived and were stopped by another customer because apparently there were no cashiers working at the moment. However, after some back and forth, they were able to make our order relatively quickly only because we made an online order that was already paid for. The woman who was working was great, however, this situation should probably have never happened.

Writing a review here since I can't do it if I'm part of a Doordash group order Ordered a cheeseburger with only mustard, they smothered it in ketchup and mayo Ordered a root beer that never showed up Ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and only received 8 Wish I would have read the reviews first, it seems like this restaurant is famous for messing up orders. Even the closest McDonald's doesn't mess up orders on this scale

I made a mobile order and then drove over at approximately 11:25 pm. It was almost midnight when I finally gave up and drove away without my food. In that entire time, two cars had moved up, and six were still in front of me. Get your game together people. I've never seen such a slow drive thru, even short-staffed. And what's the point of ordering ahead if I just have to sit in the line for thirty minutes and still leave empty handed? I'm never visiting this location again. Update: I contacted Jack in the Box through the same website the owner mentions in his or her response. I have still not heard back, nor received a refund for the mobile order. I'll update this if I ever hear from them or get my money back.

Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru. I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes now. There are two cars still in front of me. What is going on at this location? So many bad reviews. Corporate needs to talk to the district manager and the GM of this location. Never coming to this location again. Also trash all in the parking lot. Looks so trashy.

Go somewhere else, and definitely don’t place online orders here. I don’t know what’s going on at this location. We almost placed an online order and I’m glad we didn’t or we wouldn’t have gotten our food I guess. It’s Saturday night and we pulled up around 1030pm. We probably waited in line for 15-20 minutes with 3 or 4 other vehicles in line with us. Finally, two guys came out the back and told everyone they’re closed right now. Whatever the reason we don’t know because all they said was were closed right now. why wasn’t there at least a sign outside so we weren’t stuck in a line waiting. Or why not come out sooner and say something? I don’t care what they’re doing or why, that’s y’all’s business. I just wanna know they’re not going to take orders so I can leave somewhere else to eat. We pulled out to the parking lot next door to look up other places to eat and the guys just stayed out there hanging out, I guess to tell other people driving up they were closed? I don’t know what that was about but apparently this is not the first time this happened here and people just don’t always get their food or the people there won’t take orders for various reasons.
