I ordered a 12” steak and cheese Price on the board $10.19 They charged $12.19 I pointed it out and they said it was an outdated sign I said that’s not right Someone else comes around the corner and said all I hear is your mumbling. Did you say all that you wanted. I was taking pictures and he said take all the pictures you want old man. I told him that was false posting and illegal He said let me walk you out the front door I left out the colorful language he shared with me Rocky is shy!

Just stopped by this location and while all the lights were on, open sign on, and a person standing in front would all lead me to believe this location was open, it seemed like the door was still locked. I’m writing this at 11:30 in the afternoon. Both signs on the door with the hours say 9am is when they open. Even after knocking on the door, the employee ignores my fiancé and walks to the back. The level of laziness is amazing to me.

No cash accepted, this is the second Subway I've been to where they don't take cash! Very inconvenient. Service was so-so, I couldn't understand what they were saying to me; the sandwich artists were mush-mouthed college students or teens, and the masks they wore made it much worse. Oh, and no forks! It's really going to be hard to eat this bowl full of vegetables without a fork. And no real napkins, when I asked for napkins, he gave me paper towels out of his paper towel dispenser above his hand washing sink. I need to find a different company for my protein bowl!

Horrible customer service. One of the employees got extremely confrontational, vulgar and should be terminated. I usually place my order online and go wait patiently for them to make it. They're always out of bread or something, they never prep like they should in the evening for the next day. This time they were out of steak. So I asked for a refund. A few customers walked in so I waited to ask for a receipt. When the line died down I asked about the refund the lady mentioned earlier. She said it was completed so I asked for a receipt reflecting the refund. Then I hear the employee that is cleaning, well you should have asked me! In a rude, confrontational loud tone, as if it was my fault. Not knowing he processed the refund and seeing he was cleaning so I waited to talk to the lady that mentioned they were out of steak. The situation escalated quickly, the employee was extremely rude, attempting to speak ill of me in front of a lot of customers, I fired back and never once was he apologetic of the situation. The guy is extremely unprofessional and has no business being there running the store. The way he handled the situation is cause for termination. I need proof submitted reflecting I got a refund for my online order. What was given was not a refund receipt.

Lousy customer service. Wasn't even looked at by the employee until he was finished cashing out the one other guest inside. Tried to order 2 salads but apparently they only had one salad container left. I asked about the black bowls beside the salad containers and was denied. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad, even though it was rung up as teriyaki, the chicken was not warmed up, I didn't get bacon or the cucumbers I asked for and I had to ask for a side of ranch dressing after being cashed out. Also... sorry but this salad was definitely not a nearly 9 dollar salad. Never had a problem here before.
