I just really don't like the taste of the food at whataburger. It tastes like everything is made of plastic or grease. The chicken tenders are mostly crunchy coating, not enough chicken. I keep having to come back because my husband likes the honey butter. Oh, and they're the only place I can get a Dr Pepper milkshake.

The restaurant chain support refused to respond to my ticket so I'll post a review here. I ordered the mushroom burger and got a hair for free (: it was actually so deep into the burger and long that it had a mushroom attached to it.
Then I asked whataburger support if I could get a refund for my order, and after 3+ attempts to reach out I never received a response. I know fast food is tricky business, but this is pathetic and disgusting.

Just bought this at 10:42 pm on Nov 28 at this location. There's a fricken hair in the food!! So disgusting! We paid $18.27 for the two combo meals and now we can't eat either because who knows what's in the other burger that I can't see. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

I will no longer do buisness here. I drive a huge van for my job and like to do curbside. My van dose not fit in the normal curb side slot or drivethru because it is tall and long. But in the same parking lot across from the curbside spot my van fits. I was told that from a manager that they do not want there employee to cross in that parking lot to serve me food. When he wears and requires a yellow safety vest.

The quality has definitely gone down and it's a shame because Whataburger has been my favorite fast food burger place for a long time. I think the servers should take a little more pride in what they serve and not put bad veggie items in a burger if it clearly looks bad or better yet " if you wouldn't like the quality, then don't put it in someone else's. The lettuce has been terrible on the last two burgers I have gotten

Ordered food and they forgot some items and food when we got home, basically half our order. We probably should have checked before we fully drove home. But we came back and had to wait in line again since the lobby was closed. It had been over an hour with cold food sitting in the car so we asked if they could just remake everything while they prepared the other half of the order but they refused to remake our food after we told them our fries and chicken was cold. Even the manager that talked to us refused to remake our whole order and the best he could do was give us fresh fries.

We were leaving Round Rock heading back to Houston. We stopped in for breakfast and had a great customer service experience. My wife's order got messed up and John (Manager) immediately apologized and went to work making it right. He made sure my wife's order got cooked immediately and delivered it to her with an apology. He even brought a cinnamon roll for my daughter just to show that they did care about us receiving great customer service. I don't know about the other individuals complaints on here, but I do know we received great customer service. Thank You John
