The restaurant chain support refused to respond to my ticket so I'll post a review here. I ordered the mushroom burger and got a hair for free (: it was actually so deep into the burger and long that it had a mushroom attached to it.
Then I asked whataburger support if I could get a refund for my order, and after 3+ attempts to reach out I never received a response. I know fast food is tricky business, but this is pathetic and disgusting.

When you ask for no bacon and they have nerve to try and be funny not only did they add bacon but an insane amount!!!! I called to inform them of the mistake and they very nonchalantly say they’ll remake it! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this same issue with this store!! At this point I’ll never trust them to make my food again EVER!!! This repulsed me!! I hate bacon!!!

My first time having Whataburger it was delicious and the service was great even though the line was on it moved fast and we didn't have to wait long for our food I don't know what's wrong with the fast food restaurants in St Louis Missouri but nothing compared to the great service I received there at what a burger in Texas

I have noticed that they are working with a much smaller crew than they used to. I suspect it's hard to get people that are willing to work for the low wages. Now my drive through waits often extend into the 20 plus minute range. I think I will just start going to burger king, it's not to far away and the drive through is much faster. And they pay better too. This order ended up taking 35 minutes to make it to my car. I called and asked what happened, apparently they are short staffed u til after 5 pm. Sigh

I got a sprite here today & it legit tasted like mold!! It was so gross, I had to throw it out & go buy a new drink somewhere else. Sprite is pre-made, so it had to be the ice. I’m assuming that ice bin is full of mold. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever drank at a restaurant! Hope I don’t get sick. If I do, I will come back on here & update my review to warn others. AVOID this Whataburger.

Employee David Lucas took my order, he was not polite at all and very upset for no reason, even throw my waiting number on the side and he didn’t Offer my receipt, just he leave it on the printer.

Incredibly busy. Every 5 or 6 years I try their food to see if it agrees with my body yet. (Still a no). The interior drive thru lane took an hour. I ordered a whataburger Jr meal. It wasn't that busy when I there. The worker was GREAT. The order was exactly what I ordered. Whataburger never seems quick.

I enjoy visiting Whataburger. The breakfast tacos have become a bit pricey. I like that I can customize my meals and they do not bat an eye. The gentleman that brought my order to the vehicle was awesome.
