Lunch here has always been good, but I was at the office late my husband and I were hungry. OMG This exceeding our expectations by miles! The Portabella Seafood Plate is more of a platter, the Durango Chicken was huge as well. Both were layers of flavors and textures that surprised us and had us offering different bites across the table. The refried beans taste fresh-made and the black beans taste like something my beloved childhood babysitter Reyna used to make for me. Our server was friendly and the karaoke in the bar made for an interesting background for our experience. Definitely a come-back place.

We only had 10 people in our party, the restaurant was not full, and it took over an hour to prepare our meal. First, the kid order of chicken nuggets was practically burnt, I tried to place my fork with knife to cut up the nugget into pieces and the fork could not pierce the chicken. The steak and shrimp I ordered - the steak NOT cooked to order- was overly well done. We returned our food and it NEVER came out again. We waited over 15 minutes to get our newly cooked steak to try and eat with family. when our waitress came to tell us about the status of our food, my mom and I decided to cancel our order and we left hungry after being there for over 2 hours. The bean taco came with Bean and Cheese and the tortilla was served cold to my toddler son. The alcoholic drink was NOT served to order - the Cazuela was just not good and did not have the orange juice and lime juice in it as explained in the menu. For the dreadful, awful, eating experience, I plan on never returning, especially after leaving hungry. Save your money and eat anywhere better. It ruined our celebration and left all 10 people in our party with a disappointed meal. Not a good way to end our day!

We've been going here ever since it opened back we lived in the neighborhood right behind it. We live 15 minutes down the road and still have this place on our list! We have tried numerous plates and they've all been delicious and the service has been great every time. Our most recent visit we tried the green chili steak burrito and the green chili enchiladas. Amazing sauce with just a hint of sweetness and spice! Another go to favorite we always get for the table regardless of what everyone has is their shrimp quesadillas. Big and moist shrimp! Most places overcook their shrimp but not here!

This was one of my top Mexican food restaurants. Haven’t been here since Covid and went here last week and order my cheese enchiladas with green sauce and it was terrible. They used yellow cheese instead of the typical white and the cheese wasn’t fully melted inside. They were also flat and not round and this was due to the small amount of cheese they used. The rice and beans are typically a good portion yet I got a nice single layer of each about 4 Tbsp. I understand smaller portions due to Covid and food costs but they food quality was just terrible. Been going here for the last 4 years and unfortunately will not be returning
