I am a huge fan of Cracker Barrel. When it comes to breakfast, it’s in my top 3. Well this particular day, it was just all bad. Holiday menu are still being handed out and when you order from it, they didn’t have anything listed. We were told that’s the holiday menu. Well why give it out. Then waiter never brought plates out to the table. So the biscuits we ordered folks started using paper towels as plates to avoid them from getting cold before I flagged down another waitress to get plates. Moving forward, when our food came, the biscuits and bacon was noticeably burnt. I totally wouldn’t have served it. Not sure what’s going on here in this CB, but please for the love of the biscuits, fix it! I gave 2 stars because the pancakes and my uncle Hershel worked out. Although my scrambled eggs with cheese taste like rubber.

Pros: Friendly service. Fast breakfast. Tasty. Large parking. Variety store. Scan and pay too. Cons: difficult to get to if going north then turning at the the intersection. Overall: Great.

I enjoyed lunch with my daughter and grandbaby. The service is usually fast and fresh and I love the home cooked feel. They have an awesome gift store where you can buy all kinds of things. They have candy, stuffed animals, clothes and a whole bunch more, you have to visit the gift store. You can dine outside as well if you like, they have outside heaters.

I went for breakfast and I won't lie, I was expecting it to taste better than it actually did. I got the French toast and it wasnt really toasted. I still ate it though. Everyone I was with, also had higher expectations for breakfast. One person got a lunch plate and they said it was much better than the breakfast plates. I would come here again but maybe for the lunch or dinner plates. I will say, it was a bit crowded. The tables (there are some booths but they were filled) are really close. The people on the right side of me were about 3 feet away from me. The gift shop was nice, they had a bunch of cool things, good smelling candles and some pretty wind chimes. (I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the food, I always forget)

The service was good. Anna did a great job since my actual waitress never visited my table. My food arrived in separate dishes…strange! I put it all on one plate. The breading on the chicken wasn’t that great. I’m a country woman and I know how the chicken is supposed to taste. Oh well!

You ONLY get a 3Star because that Roscato in the can is everything! The waiter was annoying as we attempted to talk while we glanced the menu he kept coming back like our minds suddenly changed about talking before we ate. He is very impatient and should remember that sometime customer just want to talk and have a drink vs rush me too eat. The grilled chicken tenders were delicious the steamed broccoli was amazing but then pinto beans take those off the menu the my have no flavor whatsoever. The cashier who cashed us out was the best part if this visit she celebrated dancing as I was dancing in the front. Her spirit is a great one keep her around. My first experience here wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t bank on me coming back after a long day at work and a early dinner you just want to enjoy your company and not be forced to order and pay immediately. In short stop rushing customers to order!

The pancakes are very good! Slight buttery crust along the edges make them soooo good! The eggs and sausage was tasty too! Good job !

We hadn't eaten here for several years, but decided to try them again because they were convenient to were we needed to be later in the morning. It wasn't busy with the normal breakfast rush when we arrived and were seated right away. There was a noticeable improvement in all the staff which was nice to see. Our breakfast was served in good time and tasted great. A definite improvement over our previous experience and worth a 5-star rating.
