Usually reliable and fast, but last time I visited the cashier had trouble locating my paid online order and said "I don't know what to tell you" when I told her I was certain I was at the right place. After finally finding it, the guy who handed me my food did not close the box and handled it by one corner, causing it to open and fall into my car. I didn't get a straw or sauce, either. Hopefully, this crew gets retrained.

They open and close when they feel like it totally unprofessional. Won't come back thanks for the rude customer service tried to contact cooperate haven't heard back it's already going back 3 weeks

First time ever my meal was right, cooked right, it wasn't slapped together, and we received our meal quickly. Who ever you had working at noon, keep them!

Service friendly and prompt.
Crunch Wrap Supreme was crunchy on the inside and perfectly grilled on the outside. All orders correct and great tasting.
Finally a Taco Bell that serves fresh, tasty food.

We showed up 4 seconds before closing time, not realizing how late it was because of Daylight Savings. The employees were SO NICE, and didn't even hesitate to take our order! Our food was exactly as we ordered and fresh.
