Years ago I gave this store 5 stars. They have fallen so very far! They dont even deserve a half star! They are ALWAYS behind, especially between 7-8 am. They constantly make mistakes with the order, omitting customizations or # of espresso shots. When they make a mistake, they act as if the customer is deliberately making their lives more difficult. Today, they made a huge omission, and once again I had to wait for them to even START making my mobile order. There was only 1 customer in the store! I didn't even get an apology! They have completely forgotten what the Starbucks standard for service and hospitality is! Order at your own risk! This is my latte vs my daughter's (from a separate order). Why is 1/4 of mine missing? Pathetic!

Yo Starbucks open a second store cause this one is slammed 24/7 and the staff have to work at TURBO speed to try and keep up. Staff do the best they can just needs more capacity

Love the cake pops, had their caramel macchiato but they forget my whipped cream, super sad 😂 but their staff is really nice. The place always smells really good and has always been clean when I visit. Overally a good place to grab a fast cup of coffeee.

Ordered a plain Jane cup of coffee from the pot and it was not only burnt from quite possibly sitting there all day, but was not an average cup of Joe either. It was blacker than black. It was some kind of super 2x dark roast, so dark, that I had jitters all day and couldn't sleep that night. Don't know what is stronger, the coffee or the slap from Will Smith to Chris Rock.

SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. At first I thought it might be a staffing issue, but then I was able to see inside from the Drive thru line. The employees were just sauntering around with no urgency at all! Pretty sure it took me 20 min to get through the line. Would have left, but I was stuck.

I really like this Starbucks, the workers are always really friendly. They were out of mocha and the worker was kind to tell me other flavors I could get. I go often, it's a great place 😊

Worst Starbucks ever. Online ordering is never available. Baristas can’t multitask. They constantly give the wrong order. Two thumbs down. Don’t waste your time trying to get a coffee fix here.
